The first thing is to go to the official page of the Sanchar Saathi website

Once you open the website, click on the option of Block Stolen/Lost Mobile

A new page will open which will ask you to fill in the relevant details

These details will help the government to know the area, district, IMEI number and more about the phone

You have to add the details of the mobile phone along with the owner's detail

Once all the relevant information is filled in, you will have to recheck and submit the form

After that, you will get an ID from which they can check and track the lost device from the platform
