How to share Instagram stories without opening the app

Select a photo from your album for upload.

Tap the share button located in the bottom left corner.

Click on the Instagram icon from the options.

Choose the 'Story' option from the three available.

Click on 'Your Story' to post the photo.

Your story is now uploaded, all without opening the Instagram app.
