When does Indian team next play cricket after Sri Lanka series?

Team India suffered a series loss to Sri Lanka in the ODIs after winning the T20 side of the white-ball tour. But when will the Indian team next in action be? Take a look-

After the break ends, India will take on Bangladesh in a two-match Test series starting September 19 in Chennai, followed by the second game in Kanpur

Bangladesh series would be the start of a long Test season for the Indian team. After those two matches, India take on New Zealand in three Test matches in October-November in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Pune

In the final week of November, the biggest Test tour for the Indian team begins against Australia at Perth, followed by the day-night Test in Adelaide before the series travels to the Gabba and the MCG before culminating at the SCG for the New Year's Test

Even though India only need to win five out of their remaining 10 Tests in the ongoing World Test Championship cycle, these matches will be important gor India to get their balance right and keep pushing for their maiden WTC title
