Kohli returned scores of 1, 19*, 24 and 1 against Bangladesh the last time when India toured their Asian neighbours. However, the pitches in India are expected to be better and Kohli will hope for a much better outing

The last time India played Bangladesh at home in a Test series, Kohli scored his 70th international century and 27th in Tests, which was followed by a lean run as far as tons was concerned

Overall, Kohli averages 54.63 against Bangladesh scoring 437 runs in nine innings including a century and a double century, the latter being in the 2017 series in Hyderabad

Rohit missed the Test series in Bangladesh in 2022 and he hasn't played against the team since his renaissance began in the format in 2021

Rohit has played only three innings in as many matches against Bangladesh in Test cricket, scoring just 33 runs with the best of 21 at an average of 11.

The sample size is a bit small for the comparison since Rohit hasn't played a whole lot against Bangladesh in Test cricket and hence, Kohli is comfortably ahead. However, with the form Rohit has been in the last couple of years, he will be keen to improve his numbers against Bangladesh
