Harry Brook: Delhi Capitals and ex-SRH player Brook has pulled out of the tournament due to the death of his grandmother. No replacement has been named yet

Prasidh Krishna: Rajasthan Royals' Prasidh is not part of IPL 2024 as he underwent surgery for a quadriceps tendon last month. RR have named no replacement

Jason Roy: Kolkata Knight Riders' Roy pulled out from the tournament due to personal reasons. Phil Salt has replaced him

Gus Atkinson: KKR speedster Atkinson pulled out too as ECB wants to manage his workload. Dushmantha Chameera is his replacement

Mark Wood: LSG's Wood was pulled out from IPL by ECB due to workload management. He is replaced by Shamar Joseph

Devon Conway: Chennai Super Kings' Conway is expected to miss the eight weeks of IPL 2024 due to a thumb injury

Matthew Wade: Gujarat Titans' Wade will miss the first game and can also miss the second as he will be playing the Sheffield Shield final

Mohammed Shami: GT's pacer Shami is out of IPL 2024 as he is recovering after surgery on his right Achilles tendon. GT have not named a replacement

Dilshan Madushanka: Mumbai Indians' Madushanka is unlikely to play initial matches in IPL 2024 as he has picked a hamstring. MI's Gerald Coetzee is doubtful for initial games as well.
