1 - Shubman Gill became the latest Indian to top the ODI rankings for batters. He has 830 rating points.
2 - Sachin Tendulkar became the No.1 ODI batter for the first time in 1996 and then took the position in 2008 for the last time.
3 - MS Dhoni ranked No.1 ODI batter in 2006 when he pipped Ricky Ponting to take the pinnacle spot.
4 - Virat Kohli held the top spot in ODIs for the first time in 2013 before taking it for four years from 2017 to 2021.
5 - Mohammed Siraj regained his top position in ODI bowlers' rankings in the latest update as he pipped Shaheen Afridi from the peak spot
6 - Maninder Singh became the No.1 ODI bowler back in 1987
7 - Former India captain Kapil Dev was also ranked the No.1 bowler in ODIs in 1988
8 - Leg spinner Anil Kumble was the No.1 ODI bowler in 1996
9 - Ravindra Jadeja stormed to the No.1 place in the bowlers' chart in 2013
10 - Jasprit Bumrah has also been the No.1 ODI bowler in 2018 and 2022
