THESE mistakes can debar students from appearing in JEE Main 2024 exam

The National Testing Agency is preparing to hold the JEE Main 2024 exam from January 24 to February 1.

If you're planning to take the exam, it's important to be aware of certain practices that could lead to your exam being cancelled.

The agency has released a list of prohibited items that cannot be taken into the exam hall.

If any candidate is found in possession of a prohibited item or article during the exam, they will be treated unfairly and their exam will be cancelled.

It's important to note down this list of prohibited items and avoid them at all costs to ensure a smooth exam experience.

Other unfair practices such as impersonation or preparing cheats, breaking exam guidelines or any instructions, helping others etc.

It will be considered an unfair practice to attempt to contact or communicate with anyone who isn’t a member of the exam staff during the exam.

Threaten officials or candidates, to use inappropriate methods during the exam will be considered as unfair practices.

Forced entry or exit from the exam hall, the use or attempted use of any electronic device after entering the exam will be considered illegal.

Affixing or uploading incorrect photos/signatures on the application form/admit cards is strictly prohibited.

Candidates should keep in mind that if caught using unfair means will be charged under the Unfair Means Case.

Such candidates may be barred from appearing again for three years and face criminal charges.
