New Delhi: With a united opposition gearing up to train its gun on the centre, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to speak on the issue of intolerance during a rare debate to commemorate the Constitution day at the beginning of winter session in the Parliament.
In an effort to take opposition onboard, parliamentary affairs minister Venkaiah Naidu announced at an all-party meeting on Wednesday that the government was ready for a separate discussion in Parliament on the controversial issue.
