Indian Railways to run special trains from 4 PM today
The IRCTC website had begun booking tickets for special trains after 6 pm on Monday, two hours behind the scheduled opening time, following which all AC-1 and AC-3 tickets for the Howrah-New Delhi train were sold within the first 10 minutes.
