How Amritpal Singh managed to give the cops the slip
Today, the Punjab and Haryana High Court reprimanded the police in the case of Amritpal's absconding. The court said that the theory of the Punjab Police was not acceptable to them that they had escaped by tricking 80,000 policemen.
