Bhutan to award PM Modi its highest civilian decoration
Bhutan is all set to award Prime Minister Narendra Modi with its highest civilian decoration, tweeted Bhutanese PM Lotay Tshering. This will prove to be a new chapter in the relations of India and Bhutan.
