While Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the players for fetching India one silver and one bronze at the Tokyo Olympics, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor took to the Twitter, pointing out that while India celebrates every medal, players from China aren't even given any heed even after winning a silver medal.
