JD(U), RJD, Congress reach agreement for Bihar by-polls
The much awaited alliance between Bihar's ruling Janata Dal (United), Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the Congress to contest the by-elections in 10 assembly constituencies was finalised on Saturday.
