People in big numbers come out to vote in Bihar, 25% voter turnout recorded in 5 hours
Bihar records over 25% voter turnout till 12:00 pm in the third phase of State Assembly elections. A total of 78 seats are going to polls in the third and final phase on Saturday. About 2.34 crore voters will decide the fates of 1204 candidates.
