It was difficult to live with match-fixing allegation, says Md Shami after getting clean chit

India fast bowler Mohammed Shami took a breath of relief on Thursday after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) gave him a clean chit following a week-long investigation on allegations of having accepted money from a certain Pakistani girl named Alishba and UK based Mohammed Bhai. "It was difficult to live with match-fixing allegation. I was under tremendous pressure but now I feel relieved after BCCI cleared me of wrongdoing. I was hurt that my loyalty and commitment towards my nation was questioned. But I had full faith in BCCI's investigation process.
