Congress candidate from Uttar Pradesh's Raebareli Lok Sabha seat Rahul Gandhi leading from the seat with a margin of 2126 votes.

As per initial trends of 311 seats by ECI, the BJP is leading on 152 seats, Congress leading on 61 seats, Samajwadi Party leading on 32 seats.

According to early trends, Anupriya Patel is trailing from Mirzapur.

Akhilesh Yadav has contested from Kannauj, and his wife Dimple from Mainpuri, both are Samajwadi Party's stronghold in Uttar Pradesh. Several political experts who know the ground in the state are of the view that it's not going to be easy contests for both the SP leaders.
