Uttar Pradesh: Police on Tuesday booked a man from Jharkhand for threatening Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The officials on Tuesday informed that the man shared a post on a social media platform in which he vowed to shoot UP CM. A case has been registered against the man who hails from Jharkhand.
Man threatened to kill UP CM
'Police here have registered a case against a man from Jharkhand who threatened to kill Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, officials said on Tuesday,' reads a report of PTI.
A man named Aman Raja on Facebook shared a post in which he vowed to kill Yogi Adityanath. The screenshot of the post was tweeted to CM Yogi Adityanath, Director General of Police and other officials.

Case registered against accused
Circle officer, Baghpat, D K Sharma said a case was registered against Raja at Kotwali police station here on Monday.
A few days ago, the police force was deployed outside Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's residence in Lucknow as security was beefed up after the killing of notorious gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother in Prayagraj.
