Uttar Pradesh: In another crackdown against anti-elements in society, the Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday razed the residence of gangster Rakesh Yadav. The Gorakhpur Development Authority (GDA) today carried out a demolition drive at the residence of Yadav in Gorakhpur, who is currently logged in jail. To ensure proper maintenance of law and order in the area, a police force has been deployed. According to Manoj Kumar Awasthi, SP North Gorakhpur, Gangster Rakesh Yadav has 52 cases registered against him.
"This action is being taken by Gorakhpur Development Authority (GDA). An adequate police force has been deployed here to ensure proper maintenance of law and order. Gangster Rakesh Yadav has 52 cases registered against him. He is currently lodged in jail," said Manoj Kumar Awasthi, SP North Gorakhpur.
Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh government on Saturday carried out a demolition drive at the residence of Vinod Upadhyay in Gorakhpur. As per reports, Mafia Vinod Upadhyay is currently on the run and has a bounty of Rs 50,000. According to police, around 32 cases, including 4 murder cases, are registered against Updhayay.
In another video, a few men can be seen were seen demolishing the residence of Mafia Vinod Updhaya with hammers. This demolition drive was carried out under the Gorakhpur district administration.
