Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was seen playing hockey on the occasion of National Sports Day on Tuesday in Jhansi. A video of the same event has surfaced online where Adityanath can be seen playing hockey on a turf holding a hockey stick.
During his visit to Jhansi, Adityanath inaugurated various development projects. Earlier, CM Yogi instructed officials to build permanent houses for the needy and poor people who live in temporary houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana or Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana.
According to an official statement issued in Lucknow, Yogi gave this instruction to the officials during the Janta Darshan program at his official residence. According to the statement, the Chief Minister told the complainants, “Every problem of yours will be resolved in a transparent and satisfactory manner with time. You don't need to worry. Feel free to let me know if the officials delay the resolution of your issue. Strictest action will be taken against them.”
According to the statement, Yogi instructed the officials that the needy, who have not yet got a permanent house, should be provided with housing facilities by bringing them under the ambit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana or Chief Minister Awas Yojana. He said, “Effective action should be taken in matters related to revenue and police. Illegal encroachers of the land should be taught a stern lesson. Officers should always keep public welfare works on priority and ensure immediate redressal of every victim's problem."
