A video of Muzaffarnagar Senior Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Suman during his Kanwar Yatra in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh is going viral on social media. In this video, SSP Muzaffarnagar Sanjeev Suman is seen dancing fiercely to the song "Bhole Ki Baaraat Chali" during the Kanwar Yatra. Along with SSP Sanjeev Suman, his fellow policemen, and some Kanwar devotees who brought Kanwar from Haridwar were also seen dancing.
On Wednesday night, the district administration banned the entry of DJ Kanwar going towards Meerut and Delhi via Haridwar to Muzaffarnagar. On the instructions of Muzaffarnagar Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Suman, the Muzaffarnagar police and district administration barricaded the road leading to the city on National Highway-58 and asked DJ Kavad to go to Meerut by bypass. But the Dak Kavad and DJ Kavad devotees wanted to go to their destination through the inner city.
After this, the Kanwar devotees also known as "Kanwariyas" started raising slogans against the district administration and the police at the Bagowali cut off the Muzaffarnagar bypass for not allowing them to enter the city.
Seeing the uproar, Senior Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Suman and his top officials reached the spot, persuaded the Kanwariyas, and asked them to go through the bypass.
But, the Kanwariyas started dancing to the DJ in front of the Muzaffarnagar police. As soon as the Kanwariyas started dancing in front of SSP Sanjeev Suman, Senior Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Suman also reached among the Kawaris and got engrossed in dance.
SSP celebrates Kanwariyas by dancing
Along with the SSP, his fellow policemen started dancing to lord Shiv's songs and the Kanwariyas. Along with the Senior Superintendent of Police, the Kanwariyas who were dancing with the policemen obeyed SSP Sanjeev Suman and left for Meerut through the bypass. This video of Muzaffarnagar SSP Sanjeev Suman's dance with Kanwariyas went viral on social media.
Muzaffarnagar SSP Sanjeev Suman is a 2014 batch IPS officer and originally hails from the Khagaria district of Bihar. SSP Sanjeev Suman has studied B.Tech in Computer Science, after that passed the UPSC exam and became an IPS officer. Prior to Muzaffarnagar, Sanjeev Suman was posted as SP in Lakhimpur Kheri. Just a few months ago, he was posted as SSP in Muzaffarnagar. SSP Sanjeev Suman has just arrested two vicious criminals in an encounter by shooting them in the leg during the Kawar Yatra.
