Fire breaks out in Kath Bazar area in UP's Firozabad, 24 shops gutted | VIDEO
The visual of the fire incident at Kath Bazar, Firozabad showed that the flame turned into a giant that reduced dozens of shops in the market into ash, however, fire tenders tried to minimize the damages after controlling the fire spread.

Fire broke out in the Kath Bazar area in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh engulfing several shops, said a police official on Sunday morning. Many fire tenders rushed to the spot.
Sarvesh Kumar Mishra (SP City) said, "We received the information about an hour ago that a fire broke out in the Kath Bazar area where furniture work is carried ou. It was a big fire. The fire is yet to be controlled. The area has been evacuated. There is no information on any casualty yet. Around 24 shops have been gutted in the fire."
Fire at godown in Thane district
Another fire incident was reported in Thane, Maharashtra in which a godown caught flames on Saturday. No casualties were reported in the incident, a civic official said.
The blaze erupted in a shed-like structure, where a stock of cosmetics had been stored, between Bhiwandi and Kalyan towns around 10.
30 am, fire officer Khalil Darekar from the Bhiwandi-Nizampur Municipal Corporation (BNMC) said.
Eleven fire engines, including four from the BNMC and seven from Kalyan, rushed to the scene and doused the blaze, he said, adding the cause for the fire is yet to be ascertained.
