A fire broke out at the Gomti Hotel of Hazratganj in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. Thick smoke was spotted on the building's top floor, following which the hotel's staffers called the fire brigade.
The fire officials initiated a dousing operation at the hotel.
"Fire was seen on the 5th floor of the Gomti Hotel and fire engines are present at the spot to extinguish the flme. No casualties or injuries reported," said the official.
