New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi received 'two special visitors' at his office in the Parliament on Wednesday (June 26). The special guests were two little girls, the granddaughters of Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya. The little girls not only brought visible joy to the Prime Minister with their visit but also made him smile widely with their impressive singing skills.
A video of PM Modi meeting two girls dressed in similar frocks has gone viral on social media. The video of the meeting was also shared on the Instagram handle of the Prime Minister.

In the video, the two girls, accompanied by Governor Dattatreya, enter the office premises holding a flower bouquet to greet the Prime Minister. The little girls then recite a poem for PM Modi in their adorable voices, making him smile with their heartwarming gesture.
“Jisne apna jeevan Bharat ke naam kiya… Haath jod kar naman karo,” the little girls can be heard saying in the video.
PM Modi, known for his affinity for children, embraced the girls warmly and lauded their soulful recitation. "Wah!" remarked PM Modi as he patted their backs.
Governor Dattatreya also shared the photos of his meeting with PM Modi on X handle. "Immensely delighted to have met Hon'ble PM @narendramodi ji today at Parliament House along with family members. Wished Hon'ble PM the best for his 3rd consecutive term. His visionary leadership will accelerate the pace of realizing the goal of Viksit Bharat by 2047," he captioned the post.

In December last year, Dattatreya shared a video of her granddaughters reciting a poem praising PM Modi on his official X handle. "My granddaughter Jashodhara reciting a poem in praise of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji," he captioned the post.
The Prime Minister reshared it on his account saying, "Creative and adorable. Her words are a source of great energy as well."
In the video, the Haryana Governor's granddaughter Jashodhara recites, "Maa se jayada maatrbhoomi ko jisne maan diya, khud ka jeevan jisne bhi Bharat ke naam kiya... (Who has given more importance to the motherland than mother, The one who dedicated his life to India).". The poem ends with the girl reciting with folded hands: "Haath jod Modi ji ko naman kare... (Fold your hands and bow to Modi ji)."
