His story has left everyone teary-eyed, while also leaving others to wonder how someone at such a young age manages the harsh realities of life with such grace and determination. Yes, you guessed it right, we are talking about the heart-wrenching tale of 10-year-old Jaspreet, whose inspiring story went viral earlier after a video captured him managing a roll shop following his father's passing.

Now, moved by his story, noted industrialist Anand Mahindra has extended a helping hand to Jaspreet, who lives in Delhi with his uncle. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the Chairman of the Mahindra group offered help to support Jaspreet's education. He said, "Courage, thy name is Jaspreet. But his education shouldn’t suffer. I believe he’s in Tilak Nagar, Delhi. If anyone has access to his contact number, please do share it. The Mahindra Foundation team will explore how we can support his education."

Significantly, Jaspreet's story first came to light after food vlogger Sarabjeet Singh aka mrsinghfoodhunter posted a video showing Jaspreet making a chicken egg roll. When the vlogger inquired about his family and other details, Jaspreet, without losing the smile on his face, informed that he had recently lost his father to brain tuberculosis and since then has taken over the food stall.

Sharing further, Jaspreet said, he had learned his culinary skills from his late father and lives with his elder sister (14) and uncle in Delhi, while their mother has moved to Punjab. Further, on being asked what kept him going in life, despite the hardships, he said, "I am the son of Guru Gobind Singh ji. I will fight as long as I have the strength."

Meanwhile, Anand Mahindra, who is known to help out people from time to time, has recently also promised a job to 13-year-old Nikita after she completes her education. Nikita made headlines after she used her quick presence of mind to avert an imminent monkey attack using the virtual assistant technology Alexa.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the Mahindra Group Chairman praised Nikita for demonstrating impeccable leadership qualities and quick thinking, which not only saved her but also the life of her 15-month-old niece from an imminent monkey attack.

"The dominant question of our era is whether we will become slaves or masters of technology. The story of this young girl provides comfort that technology will always be an ENABLER of human ingenuity. Her quick thinking was extraordinary. What she demonstrated was the potential for leadership in an entirely unpredictable world. After she finishes her education, if she ever decides to work in the corporate world, I hope we at @MahindraRise will be able to convince her to join us," the Mahindra Group Chairman said.
