Officials said videos on these YouTube channels — Yahan Sach Dekho, Capital TV, KPS News, Sarkari Vlog, Earn Tech India, SPN9 News, Educational Dost and World Best News — were fact-checked by the Press Information Bureau for spreading false news.
YouTube is also experimenting with updating the 'About' and 'Channels' tabs to improve access to essential information, revamping the look and feel of channel pages.
For non-Premium users, the standard 1080p option remains accessible. The move aligns with YouTube's efforts to enhance the viewing experience for its premium subscribers and offer an incentive for users to upgrade to the Premium service.
By using these tools, YouTube users can have more control over the content they see which creates a more personalised and enjoyable viewing experience.
According to YouTube's official blog post, the Collab feature is being gradually introduced to all iOS creators, and Android users can expect to receive it soon.
