'World Food India 2023': The event aims to showcase India as the ‘food basket of the world’ and celebrate 2023 as the International Year of Millets. The event will host 48 sessions focusing on various aspects of the food processing industry.
The Netherlands will be the ‘Partner Country’ in this edition of World Food India, while Japan and Vietnam are ‘Focus Countries’. In all the event is likely to witness the participation of more than 900 exhibitors.
The team of 50 chefs were led by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor who prepared 918 kgs of Khichdi live in at World Food India Festival.
To popularise khichdi in international markets, renowned Indian chef Sanjeev Kapoor has undertaken the mammoth task, and himself supervised the night-long preparations.
