A 29-year-old woman was raped near the taxi stand at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) in Mumbai on September 22. The police have launched an investigation to identify the two suspects involved in the sexual assault.
The horrific incident took place at 3 am on Friday in Saki Naka where the accused assaulted the victim with a rod and left her lying unconscious on Khairani Road. The woman was immediately admitted to Rajwadi hospital, and her condition is said to be serious.
