The city is staring at a drinking water shortage as the Delhi govt decided to cut down supply by 25 pc following the closure of three water treatment plants- Wazirabad, Chandrawal and Okhla- due to the rising level of the Yamuna.
Delhi Weather Update: According to the Met Office, the maximum temperature in the national capital on Tuesday settled at 32.5 degrees Celsius, three notches below normal.
A yellow alert has been issued by the India Meteorological Department for today.
