Wahab Riaz has made himself available for Pakistan in the longest format of the game.
Wahab was named on Friday in the 29-member squad announced for the full tour, starting next month.
Wahab who turns 35 this month, said he had not been selected in Pakistan's Test team since October, 2018 and that was the trigger behind his decision to quit the format last year.
Sarfaraz was also demoted to category B in the recently-announced annual central contracts for the 2020/21 season. Pace bowlers Wahab Riaz and Mohammad Aamir were axed from the contract list.
Meanwhile, left-arm pacer Wahab Riaz, who was also left out of the central contract list, is still part of the WhatsApp group.
Sarfaraz Ahmed, the captain of Quetta Gladiators team whom Roy is representing in the league, confirmed that a clash had taken place between the two players on the opening day of the tournament on Thursday.
Pakistan head coach Misbah-ul-Haq has expressed his displeasure over Amir and Riaz's unavailability for Test cricket.
Wahab said he will be concentrating on the shorter formats of the game. He also said he may be returning to red-ball cricket at a later date.
Earlier, Amir's decision to retire was heavily criticised by former greats as Wasim Akram, Ramiz Raja and Shoaib Akhtar all made their displeasure known after the announcement.
