The ED, along with the CBI, is probing the case of alleged bank fraud to the tune of about Rs 9,000 crore and an extradition process to bring Mallya back to India is currently going on in London.
The court gave the Indian authorities three weeks’ time for submitting the video and fixed September 12 as the next date of hearing in this case.
Mallya is fighting extradition to India on charges of fraud and money laundering amounting to around Rs 9,000 crores.
The lawmaker asked if two Finance Ministers during the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance rule were involved in sanction of loans to Mallya.
The Bangalore police, through the ED, told Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Deepak Sherawat that it was unable to attach Mallya's properties as some of them had already been attached by the ED of Mumbai Zone and remaining assets were part of the liquidation proceedings.
The order grants permission to the UK High Court Enforcement Officer to enter the 62-year-old tycoon's properties in Hertfordshire, near London.
The PMLA court summoned Mallya after Enforcement Directorate filed a plea seeking action against him under the fugitive economic offenders ordinance in the over Rs 9,000 crore bank fraud case.
"I always had honest intentions to settle and there is ample proof. Anyway, I hope the sale of assets is approved for banks,” Mallya said.
The 62-year-old liquor baron, who fled the country in March 2016, has been living in London since then despite summons from Indian courts and law enforcement agencies to appear before them for trial in various cases.

Officials said the central probe agency filed an application before a special court in Mumbai, under the recently promulgated Fugitive Economic Offenders Ordinance, that empowers it to confiscate "all linked assets" of an absconding loan defaulter.

Through an interim order in January 2017, the regulator had barred Mallya and six former officials of United Spirits from the securities markets in the case related to illegal fund diversions.
