In 1999, Atal Bihar Vajpayee embarked on a historic journey to Pakistan. Popularly known as the the Lahore Summit, went down in history as a moment that could have resulted in a long lasting peace had it not been for the ill intensions of the Pakistani Army led by the then Pak Army Chief Parvez Musharraf.
