Total income in the first quarter of the current fiscal rose to Rs 1,464 crore as against Rs 1,030 crore, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank said in a regulatory filing.
Shares of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank settled with 4 per cent gains on Wednesday after the company reported a 15 per cent rise in net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 2020.
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank on Thursday listed with over 57 per cent gains against the issue price of Rs 37 and finally closed more than 51 per cent higher.
The category meant for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 111 times, non-institutional investors (NIIs) category witnessed a subscription of 473 times, while the same for retail investors stood at over 49 times.

The initial public offering (IPO) of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank was subscribed 1.62 times on the first day of bidding on Monday. The IPO received bids for 20,14,25,600 shares against the total issue size of 12,39,58,333 shares, translating into a subscription of 1.62 times, according to data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Sachin Bansal will be joining the bank board on 1st June, while Nitin Chugh will be joining the bank in August where he will be succeeding Samit Ghosh on 1st December.
