Banerjee, who is on a three-day tour of the coastal state, arrived at the Dabolim airport around 5.30 pm where she was received by TMC MP Derek O'Brien and local leaders.
Mamata Banerjee is scheduled to visit Goa on Friday, ahead of the state Assembly polls due next year. The TMC has already announced its decision to contest the state Assembly elections.
Babul Supriyo had won the Lok Sabha elections from Asansol in 2019 on a BJP ticket. Supriyo quit the BJP in July this year and later joined the Trinamool Congress.
The move comes after Supriyo resigned from BJP and joined the TMC in September.
