An earthquake of magnitude 5.2 on the Richter scale hit Afghanistan.
Jammu and Kashmir earthquake: "Earthquake of Magnitude:4.1, Occurred on 30-04-2023, 05:15:34 IST, Lat: 35.06 & Long: 74.49, Depth: 5 Km, Location: Jammu and Kashmir, India," National Center for Seismology said in a tweet.
No reports of loss of life or damage to property have been received yet.

Nepal earthquake: There were no immediate reports of any loss of life or damage to property because of the tremors.
Earthquake in Delhi-NCR: Tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR and adjoining areas at around 7:57 pm on Saturday.
The epicenter, with a depth of 120km was determined to be at 36.17 degrees north latitude and 71.68 degrees east longitude, the National Center for Seismology said.
Afghanistan: The tremors were felt at 04:53:06 Indian Standard Time (IST) ESE of Fayzabad, Afghanistan, the National Center for Seismology tweeted.
Karnataka: The District Commissioner and the State Weather Department have been informed about the earthquake. Much clarity will be gained after the report comes out.
Jammu and Kashmir: Officials confirmed there was no loss of life or damage to property anywhere, due to the earthquake tremors.
Rajasthan earthquake: There were no reports of any casualties or damage to property because of the tremors.
