The traffic was heavy at several places including Badarpur flyover, CV Raman Marg, Punjabi Bagh, Badarpur Mehrauli Road, Taimur Nagar-Maharani Bagh Road, Ashram and Yamuna Vihar.
Commuters experienced traffic snarls in areas including Jhandewalan Mandir, Paschim Vihar, Rohini and south Delhi, they said.
Delhi and its surrounding national capital region (NCR) woke up to a really cold day on December 09 with dense fog engulfing several areas.
They had staged a protest at Mandi House on Wednesday, demanding that railway officials meet them.
