The Telangana High Court on Saturday ordered a re post mortem of the bodies of the four accused, involved in the brutal gangrape and murder of a 26-year-old veterinary doctor. The bodies of the accused are currently preserved in Gandhi Hospital mortuary.
The accused in the gang-rape and murder of a veterinary doctor were killed by police at Chatanpally near Shadnagar town, about 50 km from Hyderabad. Police claimed that the accused attacked the police party escorting them, snatched their weapons and opened fire and all four were killed in retaliatory fire.
The slain Maoists include six women. A police Constable also lost life while three personnel of the elite anti-Maoist force Greyhounds were injured.
