India made a positive start to its campaign at the Intercontinental Cup with a rousing victory over Chinese Taipei.

India will play Thailand in the opening match in Abu Dhabi on January 6 followed by matches against UAE on January 10 and against Bahrain on January 14.
According to Chhetri, India require the best of preparations to make it count in the 2019 AFC Asian Cup.
