The JNU Students' Union elections will take place after four years. The last JNUSU polls were held in 2019. The Executive Committee members have elected Shailendra Kumar as the chairperson of the election committee to preside over the JNUSU elections.
Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva also allowed the Jawaharlal Nehru University administration to notify the poll results in accordance with Lyngdoh committee recommendations.
