According to news agency ANI, the three labourers who died were stuck inside a vacuum oxygen unit at steel plant.
The fire broke out at about 8.40 am, due to a leakage in the Torpedo Ladle in Blast Furnace 2, a Steel Authority of India Ltd. spokesperson said.
