The CBI on September 1, 2017, had filed a charge sheet in the case in which Tyagi and British national Christian Michel were named among the accused.
Other accused including Carlo Gerosa and GR Heshke have not been granted bail as they failed to appear for the hearing.
Special judge Arvind Kumar fresh non-bailable warrants against Italian middlemen Carlo Gerosa, Guido Haschke and Dubai-based businessman Rajeev Saxena in the case.
The charge sheet accuses them of money laundering of around 28 million Euro, punishable under sections 3 and 4 of PMLA.
The court also issued fresh open-ended non-bailable warrants against alleged middlemen Christian Michel and Guido Haschke.
71-year old Tyagi, who had retired in 2007, his cousin Sanjeev and Khaitan were arrested on December 9 by the agency in connection with the case. These accused are currently on bail.
