A nine-year-old boy was sodomised allegedly by his own father here in Maharashtra, police said on Friday. The accused, a resident of Badlapur in Thane district, was booked on Thursday and a search has been launched for him, they said.
A head constable, posted in Kasganj, has been booked for sodomizing a 13-year-old Dalit boy here over the weekend.
The matter came to light only when the victim complained to the principal of the institute on Rajpur Road. The accused has since been arrested and handed over to the police. He has been kept under house arrest at the same institute.
An 11-year-old boy from Delhi has been allegedly sodomised by his senior at a residential school here, police said on Saturday. The incident took place on August 3 but came to light when the boy shared it with his parents and they lodged an FIR at Raipur police station on Friday, Station House Officer C B Singh said.
The victim's father, a rickshaw-pullar, and his wife carried the body in the rickshaw and dumped it behind the bushes in Kherkidhaula area.
