The accident occurred in Mancholi area of Shimla when the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus was on its way to Khadar village from Chaupal on Sunday, police said.
Rescue operation is underway. More details are awaited.
The accident happened at Snail, three kilometres from Kuddu on Tiyuni Road.
