Making her debut in 2014, National Award-winning actor Kriti Sanon is debuting as a producer with Do Patti. TV actor Shaheer Sheikh is making his Bollywood debut after appearing on TV for the first time in 2009's Kya Mast Hai Life.
Do Patti, directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi and written by Kanika Dhillon, is described as a tangled story about twin sisters with hidden secrets and a determined police investigator out to unearth the truth in an attempted murder case.
Kriti’s search for a compelling, layered character led her to collaborate with acclaimed writer Kanika Dhillon in Do Patti. The film will mark the Bollywood debut of TV actor Shaheer Sheikh.
According to media reports, Siddharth and Kriti are coming together for a love story to be made under the banner of Maddock Films. However, no official confirmation has been made regarding this yet.
