A bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said the state government's fresh plea against the appointment of a three-member panel would be taken up in regular court.

The meeting comes two days after the Supreme Court decided to review its decision allowing women of all ages to enter the hilltop shrine.
A batch of 48 petitions seeking review of judgment would be taken up for consideration in-chamber by a bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justices R F Nariman, A M Khanwilkar, D Y Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra.
The portal of the sanctum sanctorum were closed by Melshanthi (chief priest) Unnikrishnan Namboothiri after he rendered the ‘Harivarasanam’, the lullaby for Lord Ayyappa.
The temple complex and nearby areas had witnessed violent protests by Ayyappa devotees against the entry of young women when it was opened for last month's poojas from October 17-22.
Over 500 arrests have been ecorded at police stations in Pathanamthitta district -- where the Lord Ayyappa shrine is located -- as well as Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode and Ernakulam in the last 12 hours.
Addressing party workers after inaugurating the district BJP office in Kannur, Shah said the state government was using police force to challenge the protest by devotees.
The police arrested people from Pathanamthitta - the district where the temple is located, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Ernakulam and elsewhere.
The Supreme Court Tuesday said it would hear on November 13 multiple petitions challenging the Sabarimala verdict allowing entry of women of all age groups into the shrine that remained unimplemented following week-long protests.
The court had on October 9 declined an urgent hearing.
She was also among the two women who had reached the hilltop, but had to return before reaching the sanctum sanctorum following massive protests by Ayyappa devotees
