Sources in the RSS said that the organisation is being very cautious with regards to the Ayodhya case. They said "after the verdict, in case something happens, then the blame should not be pinned on them".
National security remained the top focus during the three-day RSS conclave here, apart from focussing on further expansion of the saffron outfit, that has grown manifold since the 2014 poll victory of the BJP.
The RSS has seen a sharp rise both in the number of shakhas and in popularity among the youth, ever since the Narendra Modi swept to power in 2014. In fact, RSS' Saha Karyavaha Manmohan Vaidya claims that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is active in 90 per cent of the blocks across the nation.
RSS aims at organising the entire society in the country and not just the Hindu community to transform and take India towards a better future, its chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Saturday.

Taking a leaf out of RSS book, Congress will now have 'preraks' to train their cadre in every PCC. These 'Preraks' will be the committed Congress workers who have "unquestioned commitment to congress ideology". They will get confirmed only after three months of training as the Prerak.
The RSS on Monday said there are "some errors" in the final list of National Register of Citizens in Assam and the government should remove those before moving forward, but asserted that the exercise is a welcome step.
The three-day 'Samanvay Baithak' will start on Saturday and will be attended by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, its top functionaries and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) working president J P Nadda.
