Uttarakhand news: According to police, all the deceased were tourists while one girl has been rescued.
The boy slipped and fell into an open borewell in his father's farm at Narayanpura Patharpur village, located near the district headquarters, at around 2:00 pm yesterday.
The rescue operation in Janjgir Champa was jointly carried out by the Army, National Disaster Response Force, and District Administration.
The National Disaster Response Force and state disaster response force teams have been called to carry out the rescue operations to save the child.
The incident took place around 8 pm on Tuesday when the boy, Shivam, was playing at a farm in Dudapur village where his parents worked as labourers. He was successfully rescued by a team of Army men, who were assisted by local authorities.
According to the official, fire was controlled late last night, but due to water not reaching the "small pockets" in the factory, the fire caught up again.
