The JioPhone will come with pre-loaded Jio apps for messaging and entertainment. The phone can be connected with television sets for watching live TV using the Jio TV app
"Thank You India! Millions have pre-booked the JioPhone. We'll inform you when pre-booking resumes," a message on Jio.com said.
Online bookings of JioPhone are available on both MyJio app and Jio.com website. However, there is no word yet on when these devices will be delivered to the customers.
Reliance Jio on Thursday officially kicked off the pre-booking for its 4G feature phone, JioPhone, at 5.30 PM today for customers both online and offline. Online bookings are available on MyJio app and Jio.com
