He said that he would formally marry Rakhi Sawant after his divorce will get finalised. Now, Snigdha Priya is in the process of filing a case against him for outraging a woman's modesty.

Rakhi Sawant's husband Ritesh Raj, who appeared in some episodes of the TV reality show Bigg Boss 15, has been identified by Snigdha Priya, who claims they have been married since December 1, 2014. The woman had started living separately a few years back after lodging a complaint of domestic violence against her husband and in-laws, though she claims the couple did not divorce each other, said the SP.
Bigg Boss 15: In the last week Rakhi Sawant’s husband, Ritesh was seen talking abruptly with his wife for which he faced host Salman Khan’s wrath in where he was warned to not talk to Rakhi that way. Salman was also seen lauding Rashami Desai for maintaining her friendship with Rakhi despite the latter going against her in a fight.
There are chances of double evictions that can happen any time in Bigg Boss 15 house. According to sources and reports on social media, Abhijit Bichukale and Ritesh may get evicted. The official announcement is yet to be made. Abhijit is already making headlines because of his comment in which he asked for a kiss from Devoleena.
Confused over her marriage, Rakhi Sawant pointed out that Ritesh has never revealed his identity before the show because he is not willing to bring out his reality of having some illicit relationship and this is the reason he is hiding it from the world for the past two years.
