It was alleged that the names of Sasmit Patra, Narhari Amin, Thambidurai, Sudhanshu Trivedi and Nagaland Rajya Sabha MP Phangnon Konyak were included in the proposal sent by Raghav Chadha to the Delhi Service Bill Select Committee without their consent.
The select committee was proposed by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Raghav Chadha in the Upper House to examine the Delhi services bill.
"This Bill is a political fraud, a constitutional sin and is bringing an administrative logjam in Delhi," said Chadha, four days after the controversial Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2023, was passed in Lok Sabha.

Chadha asserted that the controversial Bill sought to violate articles of the Constitution and the matter is subjudice within the Supreme Court.
