Earlier on Monday, the BJP had alleged that the Congress president was involved in a "conspiracy, internationally" and former French president Francois Hollande was part of the "nexus" to sabotage the Rafale deal.

Gandhi today said former French President Francois Hollande has called PM a "thief" in the Rafale deal and sought a Joint Parliamentary Committee probe into the issue.
